Hello, I am the owner of The One and Only. I have been a Cosmetologist for over 25 years. I specialize in women’s color & haircuts, waxing services, and skincare. My family moved to Cheyenne when I was around 4 years old, so I consider myself a native and I love Wyoming. I am married with a daughter who is 20 years old. My husband and I just recently built our dream home, so that’s where I’m at when I’m not at work. We have a pup (Maile) and cat (Henry) to keep us company. I spend a fair amount of time at the gym as I enjoy running, yoga, and weight lifting.

I love continuing my education. I have my Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a Minor in Business Management, from the University of Wyoming, on top of gaining extra certifications within the beauty industry. I love to help women feel like the best version of themselves. It isn't just about pretty hair with me.

That brings us to The One and Only. My dream for this place is that it is a refuge from the real world realities, stressors, and at times, tragedies. Our aim is to bring the absolute best in care and services to our community, and send them home feeling great until their next appointment. We strive to continually better ourselves and the services we offer.

I am also quite the retail therapist, which brings us to our boutique. What girl doesn’t love a day at the salon and shopping while you’re at it? Adding clothing was something I kind of fell into, though I laugh because I've always been an avid shopper. I love Retail Therapy, and purchasing new clothing. Nail Tech

Hi there! I'm Alexandra Blackwell, but you can call me Alex. I'm thrilled to be the newest nail technician at "The One and Only" salon! I specialize in sculpted acrylics, 3D art, and all things crazy nail art, but I also love creating beautiful, basic manicures and pedicures. If you're looking for fun designs and nails that stay flawless for 4+ weeks, I'm your girl! Outside of the salon, I'm into skiing, crocheting, sewing, and playing the guitar. I can't wait to get to know all of you—let's create some amazing nails together!

Hi everyone, I’m Kaylee. I recently moved to Cheyenne from Fort Collins, where I have been providing hair and make-up services for the past 3 years. Now I have been given the amazing opportunity to work in both Fort Collins and Cheyenne doing what I love. I offer a range of services, however I specialize in lived in color/ blonding, perms, and special occasion hair and make-up.

As a stylist my goal is to make sure you feel like your best self when you walk out of my chair. Though when I’m not behind the chair I’m typically spending quality time with my family or boyfriend.

Hey! My name is Megan. I grew up an Air Force brat and moved around for all of my life. I settled into Cheyenne about five years ago and absolutely fell in love. If I am not in the salon you can either find me in my backyard gardening, hiking, fishing, going on spontaneous adventures, at the gym, or with my best friends Cody and Kylie. I've dabbled in a lot of positions, including everywhere from health care to customer service and retail! One thing that I found in this journey is I adore customer service/ retail because I get to really learn about clients and make them feel good about themselves. I am ecstatic to be able to service Cheyenne's local community.
